Would you be interested in helping Southwood with some projects this year?  Please let the Stewardship committee (Carl Chew, Jim Wood, John Rittersbacher and Don Kajioka know the project you are interested working on. If the project involves the purchase of supplies, please let us know ahead of time and approval form must be filled out. 

• Inspect and change burned out light bulbs (most of the replacement light bulbs are in the closet next to the door of the gym and some are in the Fellowship House closet}
• Remove the storage boxes on the third floor of the Administration Building and place them in the old youth building so they can be disposed of.
• Check emergency lights and smoke / Co2 detectors monthly
• Fix retaining wall outside of gym door by kitchen. It is starting bow.
• The Administration Building has a weak spot by the step I screwed and glued it down a few years ago but it needs to be done again
• Add awning or roof over walkway on east side of building that extend past the retaining wall. (If we fix the retaining wall maybe we could add some posts to support a shed roof over the door well and part of the walkway.)
• Paint stairs and landing going up to missionary apartment.
• Spray poison ivy throughout property.
• Trim shrubs and weed flower beds.
• Seal bad areas in back parking lot.
• Remove pass through window between kitchen and classroom.
• Complete LPDN summer project list.
